I run a company in Seattle, Washington, USA, and I wanted to give my company website a face-lift. I was a bit reluctant to do things remotely, but I can now say that it was a success. Working with Gaurav Singh at Digital101 has been a pleasure. Not only he is knowledgeable and quite capable of solving problems, but also, he is courteous and (most importantly) patient! Developing my website was an iterative process, but at every iteration Gaurav would patiently listen/read my requests or proposals, and he would implement them readily; I can imagine, some developers might resist going along with the customers’ requests, either because it’s too much work for the developer, or because the developer has their own ideas about how things should be done. In my experience, Gaurav had plenty of good ideas, but he was also willing to go along with what I wanted even if it meant more work for him. So, in summary, I very strongly recommend Digital101.
